As our customer, you will have access to modern and safe equipment for the period you want. Our customer cervice is ready to help you in situations related to our machines and services. Renting is a responsible choice.

By renting, you earn bonuseuros with which you can redeem products from the club store. Club members also receive customized club offers and other benefits. RamiClub is a loyalty program for our small and medium-sized customers. Joining the club is free and can be done by a person with the company’s signature right.

Renting a product
- You can book a rental machine by phone, directly from customer center or by email. We recommend checking availability in advance to make sure you can find the machine you need at your nearest customer center at the time you want.
- If you don’t know which machine is best for your needs, our customer service and rental staff will be happy to help. They will also guide you on how to use the machine safely.
- RamiTurva protects you from unexpected compensation in the event of damage. When you take RamiTurva for a machine or device when renting it, you limit possible damage compensation in advance. Returning a product
- We accept returns within the opening hours of our customer centers. If there is a need to return the machine to one of our customer center other than where it is rented, please mention this when renting.
Payment for the product
- The rental can be paid by invoice (account to Ramirent required) or by debit or credit card.
- We rent the machines at daily or monthly rental prices. The minimum rental price of the machine is therefore one day’s rental.
- For machines returned before 9 a.m., the rental is interrupted until the day before.
Easily and effortlessly
- If you do not have time to pick up the machine yourself from our customer cervice, ask for our transport service.
- Before returning the rental machine, you can clean it yourself or at an additional cost, we will take care of it for you. Check out our cleaning service.
