Report a security issue

The security of our services is important, both to us and to you. We take it seriously.

If you have a security issue to report, for example if you have detected a vulnerability in our services/products, or if you have other information to report regarding information security, we encourage you to report it to our security team. Send an email describing the problem to security-contact@ramirent.com.

You can report anonymously or leave your contact information.

We may contact you for clarification/further information. We will respond to the reporters as soon as possible and correct the subject of the report. We’ll acknowledge receipt of your report, start investigating the issue, and quickly fix any vulnerabilities.

If you wish, we may publish information about your participation in information security development. We appreciate your input.
